Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: One building is present on the Site and is located along FM 1431. The building is a one-story, cinder block structure with a cement floor, wood , and asphalt shingle roof. The interior walls were observed to be cinder blocks with a small portion covered by plaster. The building was constructed in 1960, according to Travis County property records and the current owner. The building comprises approximately 1,700 square feet. Heating and cooling are provided by window air conditioning units, space heaters, and ceiling fans. No HVAC system was observed. According to the current and previous Site owners, the Site is serviced by the municipal water supply. The Site was once used as an automobile service/fuel station. The probable location of a former hydraulic lift was identified in the building. A concrete plug 4-feet by 4-feet in dimensions was observed in the floor of the building, likely indicating the former location of the hydraulic lift. It appears two former dispenser islands, related to the gasoline station, are present at the Site. When the USTs were removed from service, soil samples were collected from the excavation. Sample results were below applicable action levels in place at that time. Groundwater samples do not appear to have been collected.
