Additional Property Attributes

The subject site occupies approximately 16.5 acres. The primary structures on the site oare the 11 warehouse-type buildings. All of the buildings are single story, with the exception of Building 13. The buildings are constructed primarily of steel with concrete slabs, or brick and concrete block with steel s. Many of th ebuildings had broken fluorescent lights indicating a potential for mercury or PCB contamination. Given the age of the buildings, ACM, such as ceiling and floor tiles, and lead-based paint are likely.
