Additional Property Attributes

The US EPA tasked Tetra Tech to conduct a Phase II ESA of the site under the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) contract EP-S5-13-01, Technical Direction Document (TDD) No. S05-0003-1407-014. Mixed use redevelopment is planned. Rule 13 applies to the site, and an exemption was granted for the Phase II ESA.

Former Use: Property includes "filled land" along the lakefront in Cleveland. There is a history of open dumping and burning. Property was later developed as a municipal airport, and now serves as a regional backup airport. The Target Property is currently a portion of the parking lot that serves the airport.
