Additional Property Attributes

The subject property occupies approximately 16.5 acres. The primary structurees on the site are the 11 warehouse-type buildings. All of the buildings are single story with the exception of building 13. The buildings are constructed primarily of steel s on concrete slabs with some brick and concrete block construction over steel s and some steel siding. Some of the buildings have ceiling and floor tiles containing ACM and there is some likelihood of LBP. Areas containing ACM and LBP happen to coincide with buildings that, due to significant structural problems, will likely be demolished. Cleanup of ACM and LBP will be performed prior to demolition or any other reuse.

Former Use: The site is the former State Farmer Market which was then passed on to the State of Georgia's Building Authority and recently acquired for reuse and redevelopment by the Atlanta Beltline organization.
