Additional Property Attributes

Previously operated as a laboratory that conducted experiments on mice prior to 1973; from 1973 until 2007 the property was occupied by a medical equipment manufacturer (Travenol 1973 - 1980; Baxter 1980 - 2000; RD Medical Manufacturing, Inc. 2000 - 2007). As a surgical and medical instrument manufacturer, produced intravenous needles and plastic tubing. The subject property is currently improved with one main facility building, three smaller outside structures, including a guard station and solvent and drum storage, and three temporary housing structures. The property is vacant and shows evidence of vandalism.

Former Use: Reportedly, the United States National Guard performed a structural evaluation of the subject property - however, CDM Smith was unable to locate any record of this evaluation.
