The property consists of approximately 27.4 acres and is developed with seven buildings reportedly constructed subsequent to 1960. The buildings encompass approximately 115,000 square feet and were utilized as office, storage and maintenance shop for Rankin County Road Department. Remaining buildings were vacant. The buildings are largely surrounded by asphalt pavement and gravel surfaced areas.

Former Use: The site is part of a former limestone quarry and mining operation and associated kiln-fired cement plant production. Exact dates are unknown at this time but the site has remained idle for approximately 25 years, other than as use by County Road Department.
