Additional Property Attributes

Site contains various contaminants including TPH-GRO: detected at concentrations above its established RSK values ?(soil), tetrachloroethene (PCE): concentrations of pce were well above its RSL for industrial air and also roof tar paper and roof flashing were specific materials detected containing ACM at concentrations from 15% - 50%. Future renovations that could disturb the ACM should be conducted in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.

Former Use: Property is consisting of a single story building approximately 6,000 ft^2 in size and an asphalt covered parking lot.Developed since the 1900s and has contained residential dwellings and commercial businesses. Dry cleaner and residential dwellings have been present at the property since 1950s.
