The site includes a 7 acre tract of land improved with a vacant 52,000 sq ft, one story building over a basement; one underground storage tank (UST); five abovegrount storage tanks (ASTs); and medical equipment associated with the site's previous function as a regional medical center. The City of Fort Valley anticipates redeveloping this property for commercial or industrial use.

Former Use: The site is located at 601 Bluebird Boulevard in Fort Valley, Peach County, Georgia. Address sometimes given as N Camellia Boulevard. The site was formerly the Peach Regional Medical Center. The building was constructed in 1942 and operated as a hospital until approximately 2013.
