Additional Property Attributes

The property is a vacant 4,360-square-foot facility housed within a subdivided 21,950 square foot building. The City of Bayamon plans to acquire the subject property from PRIDCO for storage of equipment and fertilizers related to the Bayamon Municipal Golf Course. The southeast wall of the facility will be converted into the main security gate for the golf course maintenance area. The Puerto Rico Division of Planning and Environmental Affairs conducted an investigation of the property on April 29, 2014 - asbestos panels were identified at this time and removed.
