Property Highlights

The parcels that make up the Site were acquired by the City of North Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency between 2003 and 2006. The Site tax parcels were first developed in the early 1950s to the 1960s with three single-family residences, one multifamily 3-plex and three multifamily 4-plexes. Between 2003 and 2008 the residential structures on the Site were removed in preparation for redevelopment of the area. No previous uses of the Site were identified that are considered potential recognized environmental conditions (RECs). There are redevelop the Site with a 60,000 square foot (sq ft) commercial office building consisting of improvements supporting medical, non-profit, and/or retail businesses.

Former Use: The Site was first developed in the early 1950s and 1960s with three single-family residences, one multifamily 3-plex, and three multifamily 4-plexes. Between 2003 and 2008, the residential structures on the Site were removed in preparation for redevelopment of the area.
