Additional Property Attributes

The Kilbourn Ave Properties are within the City of Chicago's Industrial Growth Zones, a new initiative designed to accelerate growth and development in Chicago's industrial sectors and bring jobs to the local residents and community. Through the U.S. EPA START contract, a Phase I and II environmental site assessment is being performed by Tetra Tech, Inc. under Technical Directive Document TDD 0003/S05-0003-1705-004.

Former Use: The parcels are adjacent to properties with constituents of concern detected at concentrations exceeding TACO Tier 1 remediation ives. Thus, there is a potential that migration of contaminants has occurred to these parcels.
