Additional Property Attributes

The Bell Building is located in the historical downtown area of Cheyenne, WY. The property was developed sometime between 1912 and 1923. Historical use included an auto repair garage until 1931. The property was also used for commercial, retail and office space by a number of different occupants. The building has remained vacant for many years. The clean-up of the ACM and PCBs will allow the Bell Building to return to its former prominence. The removal of the materials will allow the building to redevelop into several apartments, providing crucial downtown housing in the City of Cheyenne. With the clean-up now complete, the property can enter the next phases of the development process.
