Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I and Phase II were conducted at the site. They both identified one REC which is the area around the former USTs was not appropriately characterized or documented at the time of tank decommissioning. There is a possibility that the USTs may have impacted soil and groundwater during their operational period from 1970 and 1998. The START-IV is targeting July 16, 2018, as the earliest date to begin conducting the IGD TBA field work.

Former Use: The property has operated consistent with its current use since 1970, previously under the name Green's Gas Station from 1970 to 2015. The property currently operates as a retail fueling station and light automotive repair shop. This Property was ran by private ownership until 2015. The Colville Tribe now owns the property.
