Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a former gas station and an abandoned residence. The Phase II included removal of the tank in order to sample for contamination. There is some petroleum related contamination in the ground water beneath the tank. The residence also contains some asbestos containing materials that should be removed prior to demolition.
