Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of two metals buildings and one brick building subdivided into various residential units. START conducted a Phase II ESA to investigate for asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) along with visual inspections for polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) light ballasts, mercury-containing thermostat switches, and mold. Results of the Phase II ESA identified ACM floor tile (up to 255 sq. ft.) and a small patch of LBP (approx. 60 sq. ft.) in one of the metal buildings and ACM floor tiles (140 sq. ft.) and ACM exterior cement board (350 sq. ft.) associated with the brick building. START prepared a cost estimate to abate contaminants and demolish the buildings.

Former Use: The buildings were used as an arcade, water distribution, and insurance office. The buildings were purchased by the SWO Tribe in 2014 and used for residences and storage.
