Cobalt and Vanadium were detected in soil samples above their respective GAEPD regulated substances and soil concentrations that trigger notification. Additional Property Attributes

The site includes an approximately 2-acre tract of land improved with a partially dilapidated and vacant 21,780 sq ft building and another 2000 sqft building. The Bibb Center, inc anticipates redeveloping the property as an iSTEM educational center for at-risk middle school students. It is anticipated that a portion of the property will be green space.
