Property Highlights

This property is the former Hot Springs County Airport and has a 4,800-ft asphalt runway and no air traffic control tower. Fuel available at the airport was one hundred low-lead (100LL). Airport operations ceased on 2016. Former Use: Four hangars and shed (1960s-1980s), runway (1950s). Previous owners include Legion Town and Country and Town of Thermopolis. Services included fueling, flight operations, aircraft maintenance, agricultural spraying, and firefighting. A fuel spill was reported in the 2000�s but has since been remediated and received closure from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) Storage Tank Program. There currently exists four hangars and three storage sheds at the Site currently used for storage and maintenance of golf course-related equipment.
