Property Highlights

The property was developed in 1916 as a meeting hall for the Lithonia Charter of Masons and operated as such until 2017. It is comprised of a two-story 3,500 sq ft gneiss ashlar stone and concrete cinder block building. The original gneiss ashlar stone lodge was completed in 1916 and measures approximately 2,800 sq ft. The 700 sq ft concrete cinder block, two-story expansion comprises the kitchen, storage areas and restroom. Additional features include a 700 sq ft one-story aluminum roof extending from the back wall of the concrete cinder block addition to create a covered patio, and a one-story metal shed roof porch extending from the facade of the building over the side walk.

Former Use: Property previously operated a meeting hall for the Lithonia Charter of Masons. Property was donated to the City of Lithonia in June 2018. City anticipates remediating ACM and LBP and repurposing the building as a community center.
