Additional Property Attributes

This property used to be a gas station and very popular barbecue restaurant. Mr. Hurst bought the property and is looking to do away with the gas station part and turn it back into a restaurant. He will use the profits from the restaurant to feed the Jewel Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit board whose mission is to revitalize the historic black Jewel Theater in Oklahoma City. Former Use: This property was a gas station and barbecue restaurant until it was abandoned. Arthur Hurst bought the facility planning on revitalizing the barbecue restaurant portion of the building and using some of the profits to donate to the Jewel Foundation, a nonprofit that aims to revitalize the Jewel Theater, a historic black theater in Oklahoma City.
