Additional Property Attributes

Historically the property was used as a gas station from at least 1977 through 1998. Throughout its operation, the gas station has had at least six USTs on the property, with two 8,000-gallon USTs likely still remaining onsite. Apparent fines were issued to the gas station in 2012 and 2016 by PREQB. Several environmental investigations have been performed at the facility from 1988 through 1990 in response to a failed mechanical intergrity test for one of the USTs onsite. A recovery system was installed to recover LNAPL from the water table surface. Recovery ceased in June 1990 when sampling showed no detections of BTEX.

Former Use: The site operated as a Gulf Gas Station from 1977 through 1988. The property is currently owned by Antonio Alciea Rodriguez.
