Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 30,000 square-foot (0.68 acres) site is comprised of five parcels and operates under the main municipal address of 600 North Broad Street. Site is occupied by an auto scrap facility. The general area consists of filling stations, vacant land, bike trail, the Broad Street sewage and water board pumping station and various commercial properties. Phase I ESA RECs were as follows: two possible USTs with no closure data, possible UST associated with an abandoned hydraulic lift, stressed vegetation and concrete staining beneath scrap vehicles. The Northeast adjoining properties historically operated as a dry cleaner and laundry facility from 1966 to 1981.
