Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The approximate 0.14-acre site is commercial and surrounded by residential and commercial properties. The site contains two buildings that have been used as a radiator shop (approximately 1375 sq. ft) and barber shop/office (approximately 720 sq. ft). The Bridges Radiator shop was fire damaged in the past. The site has been unoccupied since 2000. The Phase I ESA found the following RECs: radiator and auto repair shop. Previous investigations have found elevated metal levels, PCBs, and semi-volatile analytes. Business Environmental Risks found were: suspected Lead-based paint (LBP), Asbestos containing materials (ACM), and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) (in window grout) due to the age of construction and site visit observations. Also, a Naturally Occurring Radiological Material (NORM) survey is recommended since the site is located in Zone 1 of the Radon Map.
