Additional Property Attributes

J&G Brokers is a vacant industrial facility initially constructed in the 1950's and expanded in the 1970's. It is partially developed with 2 structures and approximately half of the property is undeveloped. There was a reported lead from a UST in August 2002. Five USTs were removed. Subsequent soil sampling detected TPH GRO as high as 3,741ppm and TPH DRO at 326ppm. In 2003, groundwater samples collected from six monitoring wells indicated the presence of petroleum and chlorinated solvents above the 2 L standards. Benzene and trichloroethylene were detected at concentrations above groundwater vapor intrusion screening levels.

Former Use: The property has been vacant since 2010. It has historically operated as warehousing space and then as a trucking company. Two structures remain on site; one is a long single-story warehouse type construct of 27,520 sq ft and the other is more of a house type construct of 3,200 sq ft
