Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The City of Corpus Christi and Department of the Navy have entered into an agreement to exchange land between the two governmental entities. The Corpus Christi Land Exchange project was broken into five groups since the tracts of land were not contiguous. Group E is designated as a park occupying 0.789 acres that contains a concrete pad with a basketball goal. There are no other structures located on-site. The park is separated from the Navy property by a chain-link fence with three-strand barbed wire at the top. The Phase I ESA found no RECs concerning Group E.
