Additional Property Attributes

The property contains 70 individual mobile home spaces, an office building, a maintenance building, a drinking water well and well house, and two empty lots on an estimated 5.93 acres of land. No USTs are reported to have been present on the site. The mobile homes originally were supplied heating oil via an underground fuel distribution system; however, in the mid-1960s, natural gas lines were installed to replace this system. Due to the presence of a concrete pad and nearby fuel distribution lines, it appears an AST may once have been present on Block 11 and supplied heating oil to the distribution lines. DRO and VOC contaminated soil has been identified at several isolated locations and near the water table near the former heating oil distribution lines and the suspected AST location.
