Additional Property Attributes

Present on the site is one brick building. Surrounding properties include residential and industrial. Former Use: The site has operated as a Cotton Mill since the 1920's. The mill received raw cotton and polyester and would spin them into yarn. Operations ceased in 2003. 6/18/2020 notes - Property paved, secured by 8' chain link fence. One brick structure, one AST, aluminum modular building, wood framed carport which houses a 1,000 gal propane tank, and approximately 10 large piles of debris containing materials remaining from the demolition of the former mill facility building. The city plans to redevelop the site for industrial use. Phase II findings - arsenic in g/w slightly above MCL and PAH in surface soil exceeds industrial RSL 2017.
