Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The EDA Building is located at 35 Pinsbaari Drive in Acoma Pueblo, New Mexico. The EDA Building was constructed during the 1970s and was approximately 17,582 sq. ft. single-story building on a 1-acre site. The building was pre-cast concrete and CMU on a concrete slab that consisted of a gym, classrooms, office spaces, restrooms, storage rooms, and a mechanical room. It was used for storage and had minimal power and no water during the Phase II ESA survey. During the Phase II ESA survey Lead-based paint (LBP), Asbestos containing materials (ACM), mold spores, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) (in window grout) were confirmed to be present in the building. It was stated that the EDA building was demolished during a phone call on September 30, 2019 with Mr. Raymond Concho, Jr.
