Additional Property Attributes

Phase II sampling activities were planned for this property however potential impacts from the out of use fuel distribution lines were not assessed. This was due to obstructions (trees, vegetation, fences, debris, utility lines, mobile homes) that would prevent safe and accurate access the fuel lines. However, GPR work was conducted to locate the out of use subsurface heating fuel lines and a memo was developed to aid future re-development efforts by providing a summary of the sites setting and history, and a map showing the locations of the former heating oil lines and active utilities.
