Additional Property Attributes

The site is heavily wooded and vacant. An approximate 3.8 acres portion of undeveloped land, located on the western side of an 11.8-acre parcel owned by Pelzer Heritage Commission (PHC). A developer is interested in purchasing 4.5 acres of the parcel and developing it into 12 to 14 residential lots. They would like this portion of the property to be included in the protections of the VCC between PHC and SCDHEC . The property to the east of subject parcel was previously used as a disposal area and has been impacted by elevated levels of arsenic, lead and PAHs. This property was the subject of a prior assessment (ACRES ID 154122).
