Additional Property Attributes

Records indicate that the subject property was originally constructed in 1917 as a two-story brick building with an unfinished basement. Historically, the building has been used for commercial purposes. In 2015, the building was impacted by local floodwaters of the Niobrara River. The current owner would like to renovate the building using the first floor for commercial purposes and potentially use the second floor as an apartment or nightly rental.
