Additional Property Attributes

Site was used for various commercial and industrial uses including an auto dealership, auto service/supplies, a vacuum floor cleaning company, and Pioneer Asbestos Co. The following recognized environmental conditions were found: two USTs, one heating oil AST, numerous drums (50-100) in poor condition, and interior floor drains. Suspect lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials were observed in the building.
