Additional Property Attributes

The site includes an approximately 22.62-acre tract of land that consists of seven main interconnected structures (Finish Goods Warehouse, Finish Tire Warehouse, Curing Building, Main Factory, Office Building, Main Factory Addition, and Raw Natural Warehouse), numerous secondary structures (cafeteria, guard shack, boiler house, cement house, quickset building, and pump house), a parking area, and grass. The site operated as a tire manufacturing plant from construction in 1938/1939 until its closure in 2001. The site is currently not in use. The City of Natchez is the current owner of the site. Future uses of the property may include commercial or light industrial purposes or a potential greenspace or park.
