Additional Property Attributes

property is classified as vacant residential land that is located outside of the city limits of Cheyenne. No structures are locted on the subject property. The vacant parcel is located immediately south of Atlantic Drive and adjacent to and north of the Union Pacific Railroad in Laramie County, Wyoming. The subject property has historically consisted of undeveloped land since 1911. The subject property is directly south of a residential area located along Atlantic Drive and directly north of the Union Pacific Railroad with undeveloped land located to the east and west. The anticipated future use of the subject property is public greenspace for the City of Cheyenne. The Phase I ESA report did not identify any RECs, CRECs, HRECs, VECs, or BERs for the subject property. Because the subject property is undeveloped, vacant, and no RECs were identified, a No further Action determination was recommended for the subject property in the Final Phase I ESA Report.
