EPA conducted an ASTM 1527-13 Phase I environmental and an ASTM E1903-19 Phase II Environmental Assessments. Phase II included collecting composite samples from 12 established grids on the subject property and collecting six discrete soil samples along the former railroad tracks on the subject property. ACM samples were collected from the on-site buildings, and one dripline soil sample was collected and analyzed for total lead due to a positive LBP reading on the exterior of building 9003. Contaminants were not detected or below screening levels. Site is ready for anticipated reuse.
