Former Use: Until 5/11/53 site was tideland & woned by Gvt., King Co., & Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul & Pacific RR. 5/11/53 bldg. const. on site. as multi-use bldg.: bakers, brokers, manufactures, welding equip, & food mfg. 10/16/61 prop. owned by Sunshine Biscuit and mult. Bus. use continued as food mfg., wholesale tools, elec. co., & groc. store. 9/22/69 owner J.J. Gunning & prop. used for food mfg., sales, & dist.; wholesale tools; elec. co., & concrete additive co. 1977 Griffin Envelope, Inc. moved to bldg. and shared tenancy w/concrete additive mfg. 1980 Griffin Envelope occupied entire bldg. Site activities include printing, assembly, warehousing, and distribution of envelopes. 11/20/95 - Prop. owned by Sunshine Biscuit and John T. Gunning Family Trust and purchased entirely by Griffin Envelope, Inc. 1996 Sunshine Biscuit sold to Blue Properties. 2000, prop. owned by WRJM Enterprises, LLC. 2005 prop. owned by Blue Origins, LLC and in 2007 woned by Blue Properties. Observed, during June 2007 visit, was staining throughout bldg., some staining near monitoring well one, a drain containing liquid with sheen, and some oil odors. Currently, property is vacant.
