Former Use: The Former Wizard Car Wash is located at 4200 Mountain View Dr. in Anchorage, AK. The property is owned by the Wizard Wash Partnership, consisting of John A. Howe, Larry J. Soule, and Peter A. Stone. Larry Soule is the only partner that currently resides in the State of AK. The subject property is bordered to the north by a mixed use housing and retail development building; to the east by a six-unit private residential structure; to the west by an asphalt paved, vacant lot and North Park St.; and to the south by Park Lanes Bowling Alley and associated parking lot (URS 2007).
