Additional Property Attributes

All of the analyzed concerns, except manganese, proved to be protective of health by RECAP screening standards. As there is no recognized standard for manganese and the shallow groundwater is unlikely to ever be used for drinking water, the manganese is not considered to represent an adverse impact.

Former Use: This vacant property was gifted to the Port Commission in 2000. Concern due to an adjacent property with abandoned rail cars containing battery components.
