Additional Property Attributes

The project is located at 1122 and 1200 Linwood Boulevard in the Oklahoma City. The property has been a dry-cleaning and laundry operation since 1928. In the early 1900's part of the building also operated as an icehouse for downtown businesses. The facility was owned and operated by the same family since it opened until purchased by Lovelink. The buildings formerly housed the central plant of NuWay Laundry and Cleaners that served numerous drop-off locations throughout the Oklahoma City area. According to Oklahoma County tax records, the current building was constructed in 1930 and has a 69,269 square foot footprint. It is of masonry construction and the total interior building space is approximately 80,000 sq. ft. It contains office space, apartment space and the production/warehouse area of the former laundry/dry cleaning operation. Love Link Ministries occupied the building until 2020. The property is currently for sale. Former Use: Vacant, former laundry and dry cleaning service company, that has been at this location since 1918. Property was purchased by Love Link Ministries from Pat Denham after a Phase I ESA was performed by ODEQ in 2005. The property was vacated in 2020 by Love Link Ministries and was purchased by a private developer. Renovations are underway on the building.
