Former Use: The site is currently vacant and consists of one parcel of land with two concrete foundation slabs. Based on the soil and soil vapor results from the Phase II ESA, soil has not been impacted by VOCs, SVOCs, PCBs or pesticides at levels above comparison criteria. Metals were detected in soil above the comparison criteria. Several VOCs and SVOCs were identified as potential contaminants of concern in soil vapor samples. The site was previously used as a dry cleaners from around 1918 to the 1970's; then as an office supply, food distribution warehouse and an attorney's office from the 1970's to the 1980's. In the early 1990's it was used as an Amway distributorship and an attorney office. The onsite building was demolished in the early 2000's.
