Additional Property Attributes

The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identifies the site in Phase 3C of its redevelopment efforts. This phase focuses on adding retail and office space along the new "Marion Avenue." Phase 3C also includes the construction of a 50,000 square-foot civic center.

Former Use: The property was undeveloped from approximately 1940 to 1964. The property contained commercial development from 1968 to 2002 and industrial development from 2008 to the present. The site contains two single-story structures used for a painting room and a sand blasting room.
