Additional Property Attributes

The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identifies the site within Phase 2 of its redevelopment efforts. This phase focuses on defining downtown Marion through the construction of a new intersection and a roundabout. Specifically, the plan identifies the site for future "urban residential units."

Former Use: The property contained residential development from approximately 1913 to 1973 and commercial development from 1975 to the present. Commercial business on the site include a furniture stripper and a paint shop from 1985 to 1995 and a warehouse in 2000. The property currently contains a single-story building used by an automotive repair shop.
