Property Highlights

The property was used as a woolen mill between 1887 and 1953 and a tannery between 1953 and 1999. The Site is not currently improved with any structures; however, the Site was formerly improved with five buildings (the Site Buildings), herein referred to as the Manufacturing Building, the Maintenance Building, the Storage Building, the Pickle and Raw Stock Building, and the Wastewater Treatment Building. The Site Buildings were demolished in 2005. The Town is currently working with developers to determine the best future reuse for the Site.
