Former Use: Parcel 9002573 address is 1245 Main Street and is approximately 20.28 acres located at the north end of Praxair. The property owner is listed as Union Carbide Coatings (Praxair Incorporated) at 1500 Polco Street, Speedway, Indiana. The last property ownership transfer was on March 1, 1979, from Union Carbide Company. In 2006, the parcels's net assessment was $18,417,200.00. The Town of Speedway has particular interest in an approximately 7-acre portion of the parcel previously used for equipment and material storage/parking. The proposed resuse is a structured parking facility.
