Additional Property Attributes

The assessments were conducted on the subject property because the owner is willing to donate the property to the City of Millen. The City plans to construct a parking area for local businesses including the subject property owners business located on an adjacent property.

Former Use: The subject property was first developed between 1917 and 1927 with a warehouse used as a feed supply. The date the feed warehouse was no longer used is unknown but the building was removed from the property in 2006. The site is currently undeveloped land. RECs identified at the property include an adjacent dry cleaner that was in operation dating back to the early 1940s and several gas stations located in close proximity to the subject site.
