Additional Property Attributes

The site is defined as an area approximately 75 by 100 feet (approximately 0.17 acre) encompassing the former maintenance storage shed (measuring approximately 30 by 50 feet) and immediate surroundings. Current and past land use surrounding the site is mainly residential or undeveloped. The site is bordered to the north by an unnamed gravel road and woods, to the east by woods, and to the south by about 200 feet of woods separating the site from a residence. There is concern of hazardous waste present due to site being a target of illegal dumping. The shed contained numerous 1- and 5-gallon buckets with unidentifiable contents. RECs for the property were concern of unknown and possibly hazardous waste contained in buckets, and also paint that may contain lead. Former Use: Site historically used as a maintenance shed, previously contained building supplies used during construction of the Tribal Center in the 1970s.
