Additional Property Attributes

There were no recognizable environmental conditions found during the assessment. Redevelopment commenced with debris removal and site preparation. The State Line Bridge was rebuilt, and now the stream is more accessible for canoe and other recreational activities for the public. As a result, there is better drainage and erosion control improves water quality in the community.

Former Use: BTA property has been undeveloped agricultural land. No record of prior development other than the counstruction of the Old State Line Road and bridge was located. Brown Country has had ownershi or easements in the area of the BTA Property since 1882.
