Additional Property Attributes

This is the site of a former wheel assembly and caster manufacturing company which ceased operations in February 2005. Site underwent Superfund Time-Critical Removal Action beginning May 22, 2006 and completed June 28, 2007. TBA was requested by Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County which seeks to auction property due to non-payment of taxes. A number of possible end users are interested in the property.

Former Use: Tennessee Wheel and Rubber was listed as the owner of the site at the time the TBA was conducted.
