Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in December 2009 indicates RECs associated with the subject property per ASTM E1527-05. RECs are based on subject site's use as a dry cleaner and documented solvent impacts on down-gradient adjacent parcel subject site has been identified as potential source. A Phase II ESA completed in April 2010 revealed VOCs at levels exceeding State cleanup criteria, indicating previous land use has impacted on-site soil and groundwater, with potential for off-site migrating impacts. A Supplemental Assessment report completed in January 2011 indicates that the site's historical land use as a dry cleaner is the source of documented 1,2-DCE, PERC and TCE impacts to soil and groundwater. Dissolved-phase PERC and TCE contamination was found in on-site groundwater exceeding the State's natural attenuation criteria, indicating the need for active remediation.

Former Use: Site has been reportedly utilized as a dry cleaning facility since the late 1960's. No previous land use is obvious.
