Additional Property Attributes

Property was once a Texaco Service Station. It is entirely covered in asphalt with two buildings remaining on site. Entire property is fenced. Remaining two buildings are in good shape. Former Use: Property is owned by a private individual. He did not own it when it was an active Texaco Station. Current Observations 2020: FY2011 EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant for Downtown North funded UST removal to allow for analytical sampling. Analytical results supported State of Tennessee No Further Action Letter issued 2014. Demolition of buildings was also performed in 2014. Site is currently cleared, grassed and prime for redevelopment.
