Additional Property Attributes

The Former Paper Service Limited Mill Site consists of a 1.5 acre commercial parcel located at 30 Recycle Way in Winchester, NH. The Site was formerly a paper mill from the mid 1800's until it was damaged by flooding in 2005. The flooding caused portions of the mill to collapse and wash away, and has been vacant since 2005.
